The Vice President of Volunteers shall be responsible for maintaining all chapter records of volunteers’ activity for PDU awards and areas of interest. The Vice President of Volunteers shall work with the Board to develop plans to fill defined open positions in order to meet the Chapter mission and vision.


Biography
Darla Rucka is currently a Senior Functional Consultant at Authoria, a talent management software firm where she brings over 25 years of leadership, project management and talent acquisition best practice consulting. During her career, she has managed professionals and projects supporting software implementation, software development, information technology, business development, human resources, home construction and landscape design.  In her spare time, Darla is the CFO of Rucka Farms in Boerne. She has a degree in Hospitality Management and also has been a Certified Technical Trainer.  Darla has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and a Member of the Alamo PMI since 2007.
