The Vice President of Chapter Finance shall have charge and custody of all assets and financial records of the Chapter. The Vice President of Chapter Finance shall be responsible for developing plans and programs supporting the Chapter’s financial goals and objectives to include the development and maintenance of an annual Chapter budget.
