Lucy has supported and has lead the effort in the development of the Alamo PMI (APMI) Chapter Policy Handbook with board members. This is a critical document and component for the operations of the chapter. She assisted the outgoing president and supported the incoming VP of Governance on the APMI Chapter Core Catalog documentation used in the chapters annual planning. These are two big bodies of work and Lucy took responsibility for driving these efforts for the chapter. Thank you Lucy!!!!
