TITLE: The Strategy and Technique of a Growth Mindset in Project Management
DATE: September 25, 2019
OVERVIEW:
According to Gallup's recently released State of the American Workplace report for 2017 only 30% of the workforce are engaged. What could low levels of engagement mean to your organization? More importantly are you one of the nearly 70% of American workers who are not reaching their full potential? Whether it be attributed to a toxic workplace culture or simply boredom, a growth mindset can go a long way in determining your capacity and willingness to strive for success especially as defined by the power of your Agile SMART goal setting.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN:
- What a growth mindset is and how it feels in a personal and professional capacity
- Strategic alignments to common project life-cycle planning
- Strategic decision making in quantitative and qualitative project screening and selection
- Agile SMART goal setting for sustainable growth and scale
