TITLE: 8 Culture Hacks for a More Positive & Productive Team
DATE: Wednesday October 30, 2019
Did you know that overall performance can rise up to 56% when team members are in an optimistic and happy state of mind? And teams with encouraging Managers perform 31% better than teams with Managers who are less positive and praise less? Also, that it takes 3 positive comments, experiences or expressions to fend off the languishing effects of one negative comment/experience? It’s no surprise that a strong culture has a vast impact on team success, yet many leaders don’t focus enough on building and maintaining a strong culture. In this highly interactive session, we’ll share our top 8 suggestions for how to take your culture to the next level, which will positively impact performance, job satisfaction, retention and even your recruiting efforts!
