Presentation Description
Mindfulness is frequently discussed as part of our project management lexicon within the greater context of resource management and emotional intelligence. Mindfulness is the human ability be fully present, aware of where you are and what you’re doing, being conscious of your emotions, and being able to assess and control your behaviors (i.e. EQ).
During this presentation, La Juana "The PMO CEO" will share the 5 C's of mindfulness in project management and how they work independently and altogether to transform the role of a project manager as a servant and agile leader.
Presentation Objectives
In this presentation, you will:
- Understand the importance of being an actively curious project management practitioner
- Focus on the role of project manager as a servant / leader, providing teams with the support that they need during their effort to achieve project goals and deliverables
