Rashaun brings more than 14 years of experience leading enterprise technology, financial management, data migration, and system-integration initiatives across the U.S. Department of Defense. His expertise includes SAP finance, Agile delivery, testing governance, organizational change, and large-scale federal transformation programs supporting the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, and Defense Logistics Agency.
