A generalist at heart, Arsene Boundaone studied Administrative and International Law for his undergrad and taught law to professional degree candidates, before going into project management for Compassion International.
He co-founded an event planning startup, Raïs-Design, and went on to develop his \\\\ skills in the Social and Education fields with organizations such as Living Works Chicago and Heartland Alliance.
Always eager to learn new disciplines, he holds an MBA from North Park University, a certification in Startup Management from the foundation “Les Batisseurs du Monde” (The World Builders), and a Data Science certification from the Codeup bootcamp. He is currently working as a fiscal analyst on capital projects with the San Antonio Airport.
Passionate about serving local communities since his early years, Arséne has been a dedicated volunteer to Alamo since 2021.
He currently holds the position of Director of Young Professionals where he continues to focus on a group he always felt called to serve.

Tauri Hayter, MAT, PMP, currently holds the position of Secretary at APMI while concurrently serving as the IT Project Manager for the Center for Health Care Services. A dedicated professional with a commitment to service and ongoing learning, Tauri holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from Texas Tech University of Health Sciences Center, underscoring the significance of education as a guiding force in her career.
Beyond her professional roles, Tauri takes pride in her identity as a wife and mother. Embracing a holistic approach to life, she derives joy from the practices of yoga and honing her baking skills, recognizing these activities as outlets for creativity and wellness, contributing to her overall sense of balance and longevity.

Amber Hall is a seasoned professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment, specializing in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at TechHuman, she oversees a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and performance.
Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas State University. She is actively involved in various professional organizations, where she has held leadership roles in digital content management and vendor relations. Amber is a dedicated member of the PMI and Tech Serve Alliance, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the technology and project management fields.
Outside of work, Amber is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like kayaking, swimming, and biking. These hobbies reflect her adventurous spirit and love for nature, complementing her dynamic and energetic approach to life.

James Toole is currently a Program Manager with the Department of the Navy where he oversees the professional development of more than 200 Sailors.
A 20-year veteran of the United States Navy, James’ diverse experience includes managing programs and projects related to leadership development, career counseling, change management, program development, project management, language acquisition, and intelligence analysis.
He supports this experience with a Masters of Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Ruben is born/raised in San Antonio, Texas. Graduated from Brackenridge High School before completing an undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University College Station in 1996.
He began a career in information technology with Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (a business process outsourcing organization) in 1998 as a production analyst and then network administration, finally division network infrastructure manager from 2002-2005 for the financial services business unit in El Paso, Texas.
Ruben then returned to San Antonio, joined Ernst and Young (public accounting firm) in 2005 and managed IT audit projects for multiple public and privately held clients in the local and Austin area in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and financial statement audits.
In 2011, he joined the IT Project Management Office at WellMed Medical Management supporting both PMO operations (financial reports, project performance monitoring, training/enablement) and delivery of various software, hardware projects. Ruben was the project manager on the initiative which achieved WellMed's HITRUST organizational certification in 2019.
In 2023, Ruben volunteered as a chapter board election committee member and now Director of Membership.

A 23-year Air Force military spouse, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Sherrain and her husband of 26 years made a permanent home in Northwest San Antonio.
As the Director of Academic and Rising Leaders under the Outreach Program, Sherrain has a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong professional and personal relationships while managing operations and delivering favored outcomes.
Seen as a hidden gem, she’s been a certified Project Manager since 2020. With practical knowledge of Agile principles, she’s also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification to round out her over 15 years of direct operational and leadership expertise. She specializes in building and managing cross-functional teams to resolve critical business challenges while implementing best practices for sustainable growth.

Clarisse, a Marketing Strategist at TechHuman, brings a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and a unique cultural perspective to her role, thanks to her roots in San Francisco and upbringing in San Antonio. Her academic journey at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she earned her degree, laid the groundwork for her innovative approach to marketing. Clarisse's foray into entrepreneurship through running a small health food bakery not only sharpened her skills in customer engagement and communication but also ignited her passion for baking—a hobby she joyfully pursues in her free time.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Clarisse finds joy and relaxation in baking and cherishes spending time with her two maltipoos, who add a bundle of energy and happiness to her life. In her current role at TechHuman, she is responsible for producing the company's podcast and leading its social media strategy, focusing on creating content that truly resonates with the audience. Her efforts aim to enhance the brand's online presence, drawing from her rich background and personal interests to connect with the community on a deeper level.

Aslam Tejani is the Associate Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), University Technology Solutions (UTS) department. In this role, Aslam manages a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators who work with the UTS team and the business teams at UTSA for implementing high impact IT projects which enhance students success, modernize technology, and advance research. Aslam has an MBA, is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). He has extensive experience in project management in private sector and at Higher Ed. He has also been a presenter at Ellucian Live 2024 conference. He is also certified from EDUCAUSE Managers Institute.

Steve Kane is a former Data Engineer that has transitioned into IT Project Management, most recently at Apexon. His passion for coaching and developing people has led him to delve into working as a Scrum Master and Lead Trainer, as well.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Cyber Security from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is certified as both a Professional Scrum Master and as a SAFe Scrum Master.
In his spare time, he enjoys a brisk 10k run, reading, and walking around the Pearl with his wife and dog.

Marie Evadie Daniel is a PMP Certified since 2019. She is currently serving the chapter as Director of Students Affairs within the Outreach team. She holds at the same time the position of Project Control Specialist at Tetra Tech. She has a bachelor degree in applied statistics from Centre de Techniques de Planification et d’économie Appliquée (CTPEA), Haiti. She holds two master's degrees; one in International Development Economics and Project Management from Paris-Est Créteil University and the other in Information and Communication from Paris-Ouest Nanterre University. She is working in the development world since 2014. She managed mainly projects related to fiscal transparency and governance for a private enterprise. Co-Founder of Crescat Consulting, a Haitian-based management firm designed to help micro, small, and medium enterprises grow. She has been leading personal finance training sessions since 2017. She is passionate about financial education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and empowering community members, especially youth, and hosts a YouTube channel about these topics. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.
