Alamo PMI Monthly Meeting - Virtual - March

Ways of Working

The Power of LinkedIn

Presentation Description

By day, Mei connects Project teams to deliver value. By heart, she fuels positivity and kindness to inspire leaders to do more and serve.

Mei Lin was born and raised in Taiwan, where she received dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Social Work from National Taipei University. In 2008 emigrated to the United States and attended Texas A&M University-Commerce and received an MBA. As a project manager and the Past President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Dallas Chapter, Mei views herself as a servant leader who builds collaborative teams while focusing on delivering value and culture transformation for organizations.

Mei currently works as Sr. Business Program Manager with Microsoft Area of Transformation Office.

Mei enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason Andrews, and her son Blake Andrews at the six flags and Dallas Zoo when the weather permits.

Personal note:  The author of “Mommy is a Project Manager” wishes to eliminate gender bias in the female profession. The children’s book references the PMBOK knowledge areas and how they are applied at work and home for all future change-makers to understand project management.
