Alamo PMI October 2020 Monthly Meeting
We love our company heroes - the stay-up-all-night-and-do-whatever-it-takes-to-finish-the-project folks who help smallto-middle size companies survive and stay competitive. But this reliance on heroes, as much as we appreciate them, may also be the very thing that prevents organizations from maturing and reaching the next level. In this presentation, Phil Williams will discuss this very common condition and present ways companies can position themselves to grow beyond
their 'hero culture'.
