Improve PM Team Performance
Presentation Description
Communication between project management team members is a critical element to project team success. However, what we learn in school is how to speak to people, not how to connect and interrelate with people. What results is incomplete communication and debilitating crucial conversations. These can undermine trust and torpedo team performance.
Understanding ones DISC Personality Style, and that of others, highlights the strengths and challenges of each person in relation to interpersonal communication. Considering these reduces confusion, confrontations and improves team performance.
Presentation Objectives
In this presentation, you will:
1. Understand their personality style and features of that style
2. Recognize the personality style of others
3. Learn how to communicate with others based upon their style
4. Learn the five connecting practices
5. Apply this to the Project Management Team Communication Triangle element
